Hi, Shiso Miso is an easy to prepare condiment for rice 👩🏻‍🍳 and you can keep it in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Shiso (Oba) has a subtle flavour and is a good accompaniment for raw fish (sashimi). You can buy Shiso (or Oba) at any Japanese grocery but it's also really easy to grow at home.
Shiso Miso also goes well with chicken.
