This cocktail ring features an emerald-cut blue topaz set in prongs, with a weight of approximately 22 carats. The topaz is framed on the sides with cushion-cut diamonds and oval sapphires set in prongs. A leaf design set with old mine and single cut diamonds decorates each side of the wired shank. This ring is 18k yellow gold and platinum, and vintage circa 1960.
