The Story of Pets.com is an interesting one. This is often considered to be the biggest stock market failure ever in history. The Dot-Com bubble was a catastrophic time for a large majority of people investing in 1999-2000. When the bubble popped, the stock market crashed remarkably. In fact, it was the third biggest stock market crash in history. Behind The Panic of 1907 and The Wall Street Crash of 1929, which led to the Great Depression. Pets.com was a tragic story to say the least, but a very important one to look at and learn from. Especially in today's market, where a lot of speculators compare 2021 to the dot-com bubble with it being "frothy" and what-not. Hope you enjoy the video!
