Comminuted fractures of FZ/Zygomatic Arch requires fixation with Mini/Micro plates and Coronal/Hemicoronal Approach with pre-auricular extension provides the required surgical exposure. This is a case of Comminuted Right FZ / Arch / ZMC # managed with Open reduction & Internal fixation at FZ / Arch / Zygomaxillary Buttress region under General Anesthesia. Patient's major concern was Vertical Orbital Dystopia (Changed Orbit level vertically) & Reduced mouth opening. Post-op correction of dystopia & adequate mouth opening was achieved after the treatment.
