The Strava Heatmap is a function that shows all the activities by Strava's over 40 Million users overlaid onto a map.
Since 2017, Strava has been showing all public activities including running, cycling, swimming and skiing on a map interface. The more popular the route, the more intense it is displayed.
The Strava Heatmap can be useful in helping to highlight new routes or activities to add a new dimension to your training and exercise.
In this video I will give you a quick tour of the Strava Global Heatmap as well as your own Personal Heatmap.
