In 1974 the album "Can't Get Enough" was released and well-known singer Barry White turned into a real star. It's not the very kitsch cover,
even for the time, which marks the spirits, but the content of this album. This one may only contain seven titles,
he won the support of the public to the point of propelling the crooner to the top of the Billboard, the reference of the American charts,
for the first and only time in his career. The famous Rolling Stones magazine will even end up classifying this album,
sold more than 200,000 copies in France alone, among the 500 best albums of all time.

Two cult songs on "Can't Get Enough"
To make an album a success, you have to be able to rely on at least one success recognizable by the fans.
This success is without question the song "Can't Get Enough of Your Love Babe".
A title that Barry White will admit to having written one night, after having made love to his wife Glodean, whom he had recently married.
An anecdote very much in the vein of this charming singer with lyrics imbued with sensuality. Even today this song is
an absolute reference for lovers around the world, the powerful voice of Barry White proving to be particularly suited to it.
But where this album really stands out is that out of the seven tracks that compose it, there is a second cult song,
in this case "You're The First, The Last, My Everything". A true jewel of soul music present on almost all
compilations dedicated to this style. Suffice to say that "Can't Get Enough"
had everything to go down in music history.
