Welcome to the Quantum Healing Meditation. I’m Leeor Alexandra, and this is the meditation I created for myself based on the various healing modalities I utilized while healing my physical, mental, and emotional body. I recommend this meditation to be done either in the morning shortly after waking up, or at night before bed. You can do both as well. This is when we are closest to the sleeping states and our subconscious is still impressionable.
