- Senior Product Manager at Pleo: Francis had a huge impact on scaling the company's SaaS revenues while being a strong contributor to the product team structure, in a hypergrowth company
- VP of Products at Petal: Francis led the company's product roadmap and vision by working closely with internal stakeholders and targeting market opportunities. I had to rebuild the product team and culture.
- Software engineer at BlackBerry: Worked hard on products that had very little commercial success (BlackBerry Playbook, BlackBerry Music), which was had a positive impact for his curiosity to jump into product management.
