I've been using this lovely essential oil blend in a massage oil base for about two years now to help me lower my own blood pressure and help keep me calm. It also helps me get back to sleep in the middle of the night. It's also great for helping me with those anxious feelings from general everyday stress. It smells lovely, as well!
I based the recipe for this blend on a clinical study performed in 2012 on a group of women, average age of 40, with hypertension. The study showed this combination of essential oils did indeed help reduce blood pressure levels when compared with placebo and other.
You can find the results of that study here on the National Institute of Health's website, if you're interested in the science behind it. (My recipe is farther down)

Here's the recipe for you:
40 drops Lavender essential oil (Lavendula angustifolia)
30 drops Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)
20 drops Sweet Marjoram essential oil (Origanum majorana)
4 drops Neroli essential oil (Citrus aurantium)
Combine with 4 ounces carrier oil of choice.
In the video, the drops I shared are an approximate 6-7% dilution. The blend above is for an approximate 3% dilution. Start with the smaller amount shown here, increase as needed.
I suggest sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, or olive oil (although olive oil is rather heavy). You can purchase your carrier oils from Starwest Botanicals too. Or from Amazon below:

Place the ingredients in an amber glass 4 ounce bottle with a pump lid. You can find these on Amazon as well:

Why amber glass?
You want to put your essential oil blends in dark colored glass (cobalt blue is another option) because it protects the essential oils from degradation. Also, the glass is not affected by the essential oils, which can corrode some plastics.
