In this short video, I'll show you how to assemble this 12V Li-ion battery setup for portable (QRP) HAM Radio operations.

20,000 mAh @ 3.7V = 74 watt-hours / 12V = 6Ah which is 1 Ah less than the 7Ah Lead-Acid battery. You can connect another battery pack in parallel for 12Ah @ $46.

With this setup I save on a Battery Management System since I can just swap the batteries out and use a regular battery charger (of course you need a battery charger).
