Death throes & Shaking after dispatching:

Once the neck breaks, terminating all signals from the brain to the heart, lungs, and rest of the body. The shaking is the last remaining electrical nerves left firing after the dispatch. This may last for 20-30 seconds. The rabbit’s eyes may even be open but it's instantly dead. There's no electrical signals to tell the rabbit to shut its eyes.
