Hurricane Irene hits Airmont and Suffern New York August 28, 2011. The nearly 200 families in the Squire's Gate section of Suffern were perhaps hit the hardest. Many in our community and on Facebook have asked "what can I do to help?". The answer is simple. Please drop off new children's cloth's, new toys, & gift cards to the Suffern Police Department at 61 Washington Ave. in Suffern, NY. Please re-post in status copy, paste & share! Thank You!
