It is time to track the progress of our new year resolutions about fitness!

I am personally obsessed with tracking steps and workouts. The numbers make me feel accomplished, and I love to compete in step contests with my friends or a group of friends!

Some of my friends use fitbit to track their steps and workouts, while others use apple watch to record their steps and exercises.
Is it fair to compete apple watch steps numbers and fitbit?

In today's video, I will wear both apple watch and fitbit at the same time for a week, to compare the steps and calories tracked by both fitness trackers. I will wear both fitness wrist bands to take walks, do indoor elliptical workouts, cardio workouts, and body weight training. I will compare the results shown by both fitness trackers.

Which fitness track shows more steps and records more calories while doing the same workout? Apple watch compared to fitbit wrist band! Let's go!
