If you've made an autosequence of a capture card, and want to remove all the gaps black holes between clips, do this.

Of course, in this instance, you might just want to remake the Autosequence while holding the ALT key - which will give you the same result. But if you're watching this video, you already know when this technique would help you out I'm sure.
