The Condition Shatter Chronomancer is a GW2 WvW Roaming Mesmer build with huge burst combos due to the high amount of clone generation it has, along with alacrity and the continuum rift. It can lock down enemies while also spreading an array of conditions, making it hard for them to sustain and cleanse through them.
