In this video we give a long haired guinea pig a bath using 2 bowls on the floor. We show you what you need to bathe your guinea pig, how we set up and prepare the bathing area, and how we bathe and dry our long haired guinea pig, Sparkles. Long haired guinea pigs need baths more often than short-haired guinea pigs. In fact, we rarely bathe our short haired piggies as they tend to keep really clean. Only bathe your guinea pigs when it's necessary and if they get dirty or begin to smell.
