-1: Write Down Your Blessings/What You're Thankful For
-2: Set Small, Attainable Goals You Can Achieve (and reward yourself when you do!)
-3: Leave Things That Don't Benefit You Behind (Includes jobs, friendships, relationships, hobbies, etc.)
-4: Start Something You've Been Wanting to do NOW (there's never a perfect time, so don't wait!)
-5: Love Yourself as is! Be Proud of Your Autism!
