2 tinned - coconut milk or cream
200 g - shrimp / prawn
1 handful - Saluyot leaves
5 pcs - garlic cloves (chopped for sauté)
1 pc - onion (chopped)
1 pc- ginger (medium)
1/2 cup - water
1tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - ground black pepper
1tbs - oyster sauce (depending in your taste)
1tbs - fish sauce /patis (alternatively)
1 pc - lady finger chilli / siling haba (optional)
