After conceding defeat to his rival in Wednesday’s polls, FDC party President Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu, who was graceful in defeat, revealed that he will back Dr Kizza Besigye in the 2016 election. His first assignment will be convening a meeting of top party officials to decide a way forward on which path to take ahead of the general polls.
