Do you want to make something using puff pastry but don't want to run out to the store? Or better yet, actually know what is in your puff pastry? In this video, I will show you how to make it quickly (in under 5 minutes!)
What you will need for this recipe:
2 cups of AP (all purpose) flour
12 oz. of butter (diced and put in the fridge to stay cold until ready to use) You will want to have 4 oz on a separate dish and the remaining 8 on another. Or you can have it all on one and eye ball it.
*Please note if you use unsalted butter, you will need 1 tsp. of salt. If using salted butter, do not add any extra salt.
2/3 cup of cold water
Food processor
Plastic wrap
rolling pin
Before you begin, I suggest you laying out the piece of plastic wrap so you can wrap it right up after you mix it.
