This video is an intro to who I am and the overall services I seek to provide. It also highlights a Doctor of Behavioral Health and the difference between integrated healthcare and integrated behavioral healthcare.

Information not shared is the fact that I am 14 + years of experience in mental health, substance use, and intellectual developmental disability services in different settings: outpatient/community, employee assistance, emergency department/crisis, and inpatient/intake services. I am certified in lean six sigma greenbelt and integrated behavioral healthcare leadership. I created this page to provide information, tools, and tips that can be used in higher education to improve the mental health, substance, and overall medical well-being of college students from a holistic perspective.
