[ Ссылка ] Mille Ullah, Ph.D., a bioprocess expert, talks about our cell culture and harvest workflow solutions, including the next-generation Thermo Scientific HyPerforma Single-Use Bioreactor and sparger technology. The single-use field is booming in the bioprocess industry. Single-use systems are flexible, portable, and they can be set-up and running quite quickly compared to stainless steel, which requires quite a lot of infrastructure. This means that facilities in developing countries can be set up in six months for the production of biosimilars. The next generation HyPerforma is designed to provide improved ergonomics while retaining traditional stainless steel bioreactor design principles. The new sparger technology integrated into the BioProcess Container systems is engineered to produce a consistent bubble size for predictable scale up and performance.
