A police detective took the stand in the murder trial of Lori Vallow Daybell on Tuesday to discuss the investigation into the deaths of Vallow Daybell’s children, Joshua “JJ” Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and described finding the children's remains in 2020. Vallow Daybell is on trial for her alleged role in the deaths of her 16-year-old daughter, Tylee Ryan; her 7-year-old adopted son, Joshua "JJ" Vallow; and her husband's first wife, Tammy Daybell. She has pleaded not guilty.
