在我们云南有一道独特的美食,叫做骨头鲊,颜色鲜艳,味道香香辣辣,十分下饭。今天阿霞带大家一起来做这道美食。首先用辣椒姜丝盐等佐料把新鲜的排骨拌匀,拌匀后的排骨只需要在冰箱腌制几天就能食用。腌制过后的排骨自带麻辣鲜香的口感,而且在辣椒的腌制下,排骨也变成鲜艳的红色,看上去就令人垂涎欲滴。阿霞拿了一些前几天腌制骨头鲊出来蒸熟,在高温的催化下,骨头鲊的香味也飘了出来,做成骨头鲊的排骨软嫩脱骨,配上一碗大米饭,一家人都吃得十分满足!
In Yunnan, we have a unique delicacy called "Preserved Bones." This dish boasts vibrant colours and a flavorful, spicy taste, making it a perfect complement to rice. Today, Axia will guide you through the process of preparing this delicious dish.
Firstly, mix fresh pork ribs thoroughly with ingredients such as chilli, ginger, and salt. After the ribs are evenly coated, let them marinate in the refrigerator for a few days before consumption. The marinated ribs naturally acquire a numbing, spicy, and fresh taste. Thanks to the chilli marinade, the ribs also turn into a bright red colour, making them irresistibly appetizing.
Axia takes out some Preserved Bones marinated a few days ago and steams them until fully cooked. Under the catalyzing effect of high temperature, the aroma of the Preserved Bones emerges. The steamed ribs become tender and easily detach from the bone. Paired with a bowl of rice, the whole family can enjoy a satisfying meal!
