Makes : 13 Medium size Pastels.
*Filling :
Cut into small cubes :
2 Medium Chicken Breasts
1 Large Potato
2 Medium sized Carrots
1/4C chopped onion
2tsp Minced garlic
2 Green onions, chopped
1Tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce
1tsp chicken powder/seasonings
1tsp sugar
Salt and pepper ( to taste )
*Pastry:
150gr All-Purpose Flour
150gr Cake and Pastry Flour
60gr Margarine/unsalted butter, room temperature.
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken powder
3Tbsp Oil
1L Egg white
70-73ml Cold water
