Bitrate - 100mbs
Graphics mode - Potato mode
Framerate - 60fps
Synchronous space warp - disabled

Note. I’m still figuring out obs. Recording caused some jitter in the game. Without recording the game runs buttery smooth on High graphics settings. I can’t go full sicko ultra mode but high settings works great.

Virtual desktop gives better performance and oculus quest 2 battery life.
