As of the last few patches the community has found themselves teetering between whether or not 0-cycles should be used as a form of character value/strength, and from what I've gathered on the latest MoC (Memory of Chaos), that's looking to become a more valid take now. While I normally consider 3 cycles perfectly fine, those seem to have become the new standard, which means there must be something above that to judge.
