Mella Thirandhadhu Kadhavu is a 1986 Tamil-language musical romance film, written and directed by R. Sundarajan starring Mohan, Radha, and Amala. This movie was a box office hit.

The film's score and soundtrack were composed by Ilaiyaraaja and M. S. Viswanathan. Later they worked together in 4 more films, Senthamizh Paattu, Senthamizh Selvan, En Iniya Ponnilave, and Vishwa Thulasi. Entire BG Score and orchestration for all the songs were done by Ilaiyaraaja, while 5 Songs were composed by M. S. Viswanathan.
