How to do Jump Squat
Starting Position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
Squat Down: Lower into a squat position by bending your knees and hips, keeping your chest up and back straight.
Prepare to Jump: Engage your core and drive your heels into the ground, preparing to explode upwards.
Jump: Push through your feet to jump as high as possible, extending your legs fully while keeping your core tight.
Land Softly: Land softly on the balls of your feet, immediately lowering back into the squat position to absorb the impact.
Repeat: Continue for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a steady rhythm.
