In Croatia income is less compare to other well developed Europe countries. By working 35 hours per week one can earn up to 550 to 800£ per months. For student only part time job is allowed during study period. Ielts is almost mandatory for most of the university if the student are not from native English speaking country. University fees in Croatia is range from 1000£ to 5000£ per year.
Croatia is finally enter in Schengen country from January 2023 which means you can travel freely within Europe with Croatia visa. There will not be visa issues to travel for short term.
If you wan to work, live or study for long term in other EU country you have to obtain separate visa of the country where you want to go and settle.
