In the late 1980s, during the construction of a bypass in Stocksbridge, England, a series of paranormal incidents occurred, including sightings of headless entities and figures hovering above the ground. One of the most famous incidents involved two security guards who saw a group of children playing beneath an electrical pylon after midnight. When they approached the children, they disappeared without a trace. An investigation by police culminated in a further terrifying encounter by two police officers. The case remains unsolved to this day.
