Join me today for a spooky barre workout.
In less than 15 minutes, you’ll burn fat and strengthen and tone your abs, bum, legs and arms with these simple exercises.
Use the back of a chair or a kitchen worktop instead of a barre (or try it without any support to really challenge your core muscles and balance).
I use two 1kg weights for the cardio/toning exercises. The exercises can also be done without weights.
