Get ready for a 30-minute OG Knockout Abs with All On The Floor Core Finishers. Yep, we'll be punching, kicking and crunching!
Grab a set of optional light hand weights and get ready to light those abs on fire. FYI - I use 3-lb weights in the video for the finishers aka burnouts. OG simply means that we'll be working your core while boxing and kickboxing.
Here's what to expect: 3-total rounds of a boxing drill, kicking drill, and a kickboxing combo. Peppered in between are 90-second core finishers.
Round 1: Ab Focused Boxing Drill in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Finisher: Banana Crunch & Chop.
Round 2: Ab Focused Kicking Drill in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Finisher: Cross Body Knee & Turkish Bridge.
Round 3: Ab Focused Kickboxing Combo in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Core Finisher: Fighting Sprinter Crunch & DBL Arm Sit-Up.
