This video will show you “how to merge Part A, Part B, Form 12BA and TDS summary into single file in Sara PayPack”
Before merging, ensure all required files i.e. Part A Part B of Form 16 are generated.
To start the process of merging Part A, Part B, Form 12BA And TDS summary into a single file in Saral PayPack, follow the process step-by-step.
▪ Go to Form 16 under TDS report in the reports menu.
▪ To include form 12BA. I.e. a statement of prerequisites along with Form 16 enable the option Form 12BA.
▪ Similarly, to have a summary of TDS deducted along with Form 16, enable TDS deducted summary.
▪ Now, click on Merge Part A and Part B to see the Form 16 merging now.
▪ Now, TRACE the Part A and Part B TRACE Files converted to PDF in the early process.
▪ If Form 16 is digitally signed then enable digital using Saral sign.
▪ If the digital sign has to be made in the signature location of each page, then enable the sign at the all-signature positions.
▪ After all the settings, click on merge to merge the file into a single file.
