"अमृतवेला" - परमपिता परमात्मा से रूहानी मिलन (राजयोग) के लिए श्रेष्ट समय। यह समय रोज सुबह 3 से 5 बजे रहता है। यह समय उत्तम इसलिए समझा जाता है क्योकि इसी समय वातावरण सबसे अधिक शांत रहता है, और इसी समय ज्यादातर मनुष्य आत्माए अशरीरी अवस्था में रहती है। अर्थात अपने शरीर के भान से परे हो जाती है।
इस अनमोल समय (अमृतवेला) हम जागते है और शिव बाबा (परम-आत्मा) की मीठी याद में बैठते है। आम तोर में भी यह समय पवित्र माना जाता है - जिसे "ब्रह्मा-मुहुर्त" कहा गया है।
