Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for tighter European Union sanctions on Moscow in an address to Lithuania's parliament, in which he also accused Russia of war crimes.
At the same time, prosecutors in Ukraine say they are investigating reports of the use of chemical weapons in Mariupol, with the E.U. saying it's monitoring the situation carefully.
