RECIPE:
Pot with tight fitting lid
water
steamer basket
6 eggs
Ice water
1. Fill the pot with 1 inch of water. Heat on high heat until boiling.
2. Place the steamer basket in the pot with the 6 eggs.
3. Cover and steam on high heat for 11-13 minutes.
4. Immeditely place the eggs in ice water for 15 minutes.
5. Peel the eggs and place in a zipp bag. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
