This is a 60 minute practice that combines 30 minutes of warming vinyasa flow and 30 minutes of Yin yoga. Part 2 of the new Vin to Yin Series of classes. The first half of class moves at a steady, continuous pace - a more intermediate practice. The second half of class, by contrast, includes more passive & introspective Yin postures. Practice reclined Butterfly, Caterpillar, Turned Childs before resting in Shavasana.
You will need some props for the Yin. I’d recommend a bolster or something similar & a folded blanket.
