Thundering pulse is a bow for normal attacking archer, like Fischl, Childe and Yoimiya. For other archers, skyward harp should be better because it allows you to have a better crit ratio. Good luck on pulling if you think this bow is worth it! On the other hand, Hamayumi’s performance actually shocked me, it is quite close to r1 thundering purse!
