Washington DC (US): When asked if President Biden intends to press Prime Minister Narendra Modi on human rights during their bilateral, NSC Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby said, “There is not a conversation that he (US President Joe Biden) has where he doesn't talk about the importance of respecting human and civil rights, that includes with Prime Minister Modi. He did when the Prime Minister (Modi) was in US.” PM Modi will be in the United States from September 21 to 23, during which he will take part in the Quad Summit and address the 'Summit of the Future' at the United Nations General Assembly in New York. PM Modi will take part in the fourth Quad Leaders' Summit in Wilmington, Delaware.
