The 2023 Honda HR-V arrives at a time when subcompacts are upsizing. Now built on the same platform as the 2022 Honda Civic, the HR-V Sport has returned to be a bit more upscale and refined, while also maturing over the last generation. The 2023 Honda HR-V Sport finds itself among competitors such as the Subaru Outback, Kia Seltos, and Mazda CX-30, but the question is whether Honda has done enough to make the 2023 Honda HR-V the best in it's segment.
