This is Kogasa Tatara's theme from Touhou 12: Undefined Fantastic Object

Damn, what a suprisingly good theme! (lol)
But in all seriousness, I really do like Kogasa's theme, it depicts a happy-go-lucky youkai who loves to mislead and surprise, like most youkai do, but has a hint of sadness in it, which is the fact that Kogasa has been left alone for god knows how long.

Also probably because she's not very good at what she does XD Oh, I'm horrible.
