How to Make Vegan Pancakes | Perfect Gingerbread Pancakes (4 TIPS)
Vegan pancakes are so quick and easy to make. They are fluffy and soft and I cannot taste the difference from pancakes made with regular ingredients.
I decided to add up a bit of spice to make gingerbread pancakes. To me, it's a great Christmassy Breakfast but not only, I like them all year round. Cinnamon and ginger go so well with pancakes
RECIPE FOR VEGAN PANCAKES:
150 g all-purpose flour or flour 00 (1 cup)
20 g sugar (1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp)
180 ml plant-based milk (3/4 cup)
8 g baking powder (2 tsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
a pinch of salt
maple syrup to taste
