Ingredients
Egg - 6 Nos, hard boil
Oil - 2 tbsp or add as per required ((preferably coconut oil)
Onion - 2 nos medium, sliced
Ginger - 1 inch, sliced julienne
Green chilly - 4 nos, slitted
Curry leaves - few
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coconut milk - 2 cups, from 1/2 coconut, combined thick & thin milk
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 1/2 or as required
White vinegar - 1 tbsp
