Here’s a DIY tutorial on how to make a halter crop top from a basic t-shirt. I LOVE the way it came out, it’s easy to sew and super high quality so I know it will last. The top is cropped at the waist, has bare shoulders, and an adjustable neck tie, perfect for summer! I used a thrifted velvet t-shirt I bought for $2.99 at Goodwill and gave it a new life ☼
