Parua Bay is a collection of a number of little bays, 15 minutes out of Whangarei CBD. It's the main centre of Whangarei Heads - a headland with many extraordinary beaches.
This is a barefoot track which links three of the Parua Bay beaches (grass and road). Be introduced to the pohutukawa tree (New Zealand's Christmas tree and favourite climbing tree of North Island children).
