- 1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon stevia or sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika powder(Apologies for the incorrect paprika measurement in the video caption)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Optional: a couple of lugs of barbecue sauce
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely grated

🌶️🥗For the Nước chấm (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce):
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon stevia or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Optional: chopped bird's eye chilies
