This nugget was found when I was 57 years old on June 18, 2022 as I was putting together a last minute video for Ron's father's day gift.
Surprisingly, these are the very words I said to myself a few days before I found this and I had no idea I had such insight at that age because I still find myself in that same space, but of course in different areas of my life, which goes to show, these words are timeless and sound.
When I did this journal, I had just come under the realization that I was trying to be what "others" thought I should be and it would take many years into my 50's that true inside healing and change would start to blossom after many years of feeding myself positive seeds. I was in my early 30's when I made this video...so give yourself time and grace when it comes to healing.
I share this as encouragement for my sons as well as for myself because these words still ring true for me today.
