This miráculous is a brooch, its carrier is Nathalie Sancoeur, she is the executive assistant of Gabriel Agreste, when she transforms she becomes Mayura, an akumatized villain who possesses the ability of telepathic bonding. His weapon is a fan and uses his white feathers to connect with his target.
The peacock Kwami is Duusu and is attached to this prodigy.
