How to cook chicken wine soup?
Ingredients:Chicken,wine,ginger and black sesame oil
wash the chicken,remove all the crushed bones.
Use a strainer to remove water from the chicken.
crush the ginger.
Heat the pan a little.
add the black sesame oil and add the ginger immediately.
Saute the ginger and the chicken,then add the wine,you can add wine as much as you want.
You can use any white wine.
Cook the chicken 10-15 minutes.
